DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA Senior Officer - Social Labor 

Your Role

Being Senior Officer - Social Labor, your day will be primarily focused on:

• Conducting a series of engagement and communication including informal discussions at the local stakeholder levels (local government, companies, village, civil society organization, academia, etc.);
• Facilitating all field activities related to labor program;
• Conducting regular monitoring and develop technical report on the progress of labor activities in the landscape;
• Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery and reporting;
• Liaising with clients on projects deliverables and with other teams to manage performance; and
• Ensuring the effective contribution is aligned to the country and organizational goals.

Your Profile 

You are genuinely motivated about leveraging agricultural supply chains to improve environmental and social outcomes, and interested in a career with a dynamic non-profit that builds relationships with companies, governments and civil society organizations to bring responsible products to market.

Your deep understanding of labor program strategies and workplan within the landscape makes you a trusted partner and valued advisor as you navigate across interdepartmental and cross-cultural teams.

Self-starter with a solution-oriented, proactive and collaborative mindset you also are a natural communicator and enjoy both writing high standards reports as much as presenting arguments and analysis in a structured and succinct manner to varied audiences.

Your commitment to quality outputs, excellent time management and prioritization skills and appetite for finding solutions for any unexpected technical issues which may occur during the implementation of labor activities will be key to be successful in the role.

Last, you must be ready to stay and work in remote areas for extensive period with a fly-in fly-out roster.
