Requirements :
- Degree in Chemistry or other field related
- Min 3 years’ experience in the compliance / Quality Assurance and Regulatory in Chemical Company
- Experience in handling document such as REACH, FDA, Halal, Kosher and customers questionnaires
- Fluent in English, spoken & written
- Experience in Essential Oil Company is a Plus
- Ability to follow instruction and to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to define issues, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Responsibilities :
- Handling for Document related to Product and Export Process of Essential Oil Industry
- Maintain compliance with Essential Oil industry regulations and laws
- Providing administrative support to the Sales and Purchasing Department
- Manage compliance information systems and databases
- Providing reports to colleagues when required
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Sales and Purchasing Department
- Accurate product data support, in order to provide accurate and timely product data to both of internal and external stakeholders such as commercial team, supply chain, customers, etc.
- Manage the sample management in order to deliver on time and accurate sample request from customers.

Tentang Perusahaan PT Lam Seng Hang Indonesia
LAM SENG HANG (LSH) started supplying to Indonesia market on a regular basis as early as 1994 to meet the chemical requirements of various industries. Material at that time was supplied from our Singapore office.
In the late 1990s, ie 1997 till 1999, the worsening asian financial crisis leads Indonesia to adopt the IMF reforms and open up foreign investment opportunities in order to encourage incoming capital. LSH took up this opportunity to invest in Indonesia and commence the establishment of Indonesian branch office of LSH. It was envisioned that the branch office, named PT Lam Seng Hang Indonesia will provide local stock point and resources to handle its own logistics.
In August 2000, PT Lam Seng Hang Indonesia was established as PMA company in distribution and wholesale. For strategic and convenient closeness to most of our customers, the factory was setup in Jababeka Industrial Estate, Cikarang Bekasi which is to the east of Jakarta with easy access to most of the main highways.
In 2004, PT Lam Seng Hang Indonesia established our first branch outside of Jakarta in the second largest industrial city of Indonesia, Surabaya. The branch office was able to provide the full range of products available from our Jakarta stock point while also carry stocked products to service the needs of our Surabaya customers.
In end of 2009, prior to our ten years anniversary, PT Lam Seng Hang Indonesia has procured a new office premise in the prime business district of Megakuningan at the centre of south Jakarta. Located at the prestigious Cyber2 Tower, this new expanded premise allow our company to expand recruitment and cater to future growth. The official opening was held in April 2010.
Since its establishment, PT Lam Seng Hang Indonesia has continued to support our customers with its wide network of chemical resources, reasonable pricing and prompt services. As at today, our company has more than 100 items available in ex-stock or indent basis and servicing a wide variety of industries including cleaning, detergents, personal care, paint and coating, rubber and latex, electronics, water treatment etc.

PT LAM SENG HANG RESIN AND RUBBER INDONESIA Established in In 2014 trading of Tyre from China brand WESTLAKE belong to G2 Group.
We represent the largest tire manufacturer in mainland, Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co., Ltd. (ZC-RUBBER) established in Year 1958, No. 1 Tyre Manufacturer in China and the No. 10 of Top 75 Global Tyre Manufacturers in Year 2014.
We have continued to support our customers with its wide network of tire resources, reasonable pricing and prompt services.
