DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA Human Resource Development (HRD)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
Experience minimum 2 Years in the same position.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various levels of staff.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS application.
Understanding Basic PPh21 and BPJS Employment and Health.
Honest, Thorough & Responsible for work.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
Teamwork and motivation.
Have a good attitude.
To be placed in North Jakarta (Pantai Indah Kapuk)

Recruiting new staff

Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
