DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA Sr. Officer-RAN Planning Data Scientist

Responsible to uses analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect large data sets to develop meaningful insights to RAN planning purposes.
Develop data-driven solutions explicitly tailored toward the needs of an organization.
Identify and collect appropriate technology database, customer, competitor, market, economic, financial, and other relevant data and undertake necessary quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize business process, customer experiences, revenue generation and other business outcomes.
Develop A/B testing framework and test model quality.
Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Telecommunication Engineering.
Demonstrate good capability on data management, data analytic programming (mySQL, Phyton etc.) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.).
Demonstrate good capability on GIS tools (Google Earth, MapInfo, QGIS etc.)
Min. 4-5 years of experience in Network function in Telco/Operator company, preferred in RAN and/or RF-related fields.
3-4 years experiences in data analytic modelling, programming, and analysis.
Managing various datasets and undertaking data analysis.
Present information attractively using data visualization techniques.
Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
