DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA Plant Manager

A Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plant and ensuring that all production goals are met. The Plant Manager is responsible for managing the production process, ensuring that all safety and environmental regulations are followed, and maintaining a high level of quality control. Some of the key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to meet customer demands
Ensuring that all safety, environmental, and quality standards are met
Managing the plant’s budget and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability
Leading and motivating a team of production workers to achieve production goals
Collaborating with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Maintaining accurate records of production data and generating reports for management

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in chemical engineering or a related field, as well as experience in managing a production facility. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure are also important qualities for this role.

The requirements for a Plant Manager for this position may include:

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
10+ years of experience in a managerial role within a chemical production facility
