DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA Hyster Forklift Sales Supervisor 

Job Summary

Responsible for managing a major account within a business. Coordinates the shipping of goods, and assists customers and staff during business hours.

Primary responsibilities

1. Manage major account for sell and rent HYSTER Forklift
2. Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
3. Formulate pricing policies.
4. Ensure pricing is correct.
5. Attend trade shows to identify new products and services.
6. Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
7. Evaluate on-the-job performance.
8. Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
9. Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
10. Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
11. Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
12. Monitor local competitors.
13. Ensure hours of operation are in compliance with local laws.
14. Organize and distribute staff schedules.
15. Preside over staff meetings.
16. Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
17. Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
