DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA Architect / Interior Designer

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Architecture/Interior Design.
Proficiency in Sketchup, Autocad, Photoshop, and other design software.
Proficiency in Excel or similar software.
Ability to create and present mood boards.
Ability to create and develop design concepts in accordance with the design director's guidance.
Ability to create interior working drawings.
Ability to create furniture design drawings and technical furniture drawings.
Ability to create basic Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for LF-FF&E (Loose Furniture-Fix Furniture & Equipment/Decor).
Stay updated on current trends and developments.
Proficiency in furniture systems and knowledge.
Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and possess a good attitude.
Responsible, creative, and able to work well in a team.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Applicant must be in good physical and emotional health.
Able to provide references from past employers.
Able to communicate in English is a must.
Placement in BALI.

Responsibilities:

Able to assist the design director in project development.
Able to perform quality control and fit-out for interior projects and furniture.
Able to work individually or as part of a team in all areas of the company.
Conduct measurements at project sites.
Create 2D and 3D drawings for presentations.
Proficient in working drawings (able to create or correct them).
Coordinate with the production team to ensure project success.
