Qualification :
- Minimum education Diploma / Bachelor from all major
- Age min. 23
- Experienced as PPIC/inventory in manufacture industry min. 2 years
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
- Proficient in Japanese (min. JLPT N4)
- Proficient using MS Office
- Understanding the SAP system
- Discipline, can work under pressure.
- Communicative with good analytical thinking
- Willing to work shift and overtime
- Willing to be placed in Cikampek
Job Description :
- Proposing and managing the budget related to material control activities in Plant 2 in accordance with the established performance targets set by superiors.
- Coordinating the operational work schedule for all personnel.
- Leading the execution of goods delivery in the Material Control department of Plant 2 according to the applicable standards and procedures.
- Reviewing the work capabilities of the human resources under their responsibility and suggesting necessary development.
- Managing and ensuring accurate information about FIFO flow processes, quantity, and types of goods/components shipped in alignment with the applicable inventory system.
- Compiling and providing operational reports regarding outgoing goods/components in Material Control Plant 2.
- Ensuring cleanliness, workplace safety, and environmental security in accordance with applicable work rules and procedures.
- Supply chain from receiving until outgoing production
- Daily report stock at warehouse
- PO part status check
- Follow up delay receiving
- Coordination with other department about quality and quantity
- NG document check
- Internal document preparation
