DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA Preschool Teacher

HIRE FOR PRESCHOOL LEADING TEACHER / Co - TEACHER

Preschool Teacher Requirement :

A minimum Bachelor Degree for Leading teacher or a diploma or equivalent qualification for Co - Teacher.
Relevant early childhood education certification or degree is preferred.
Experience working with young children in a similar setting, such as a daycare or preschool.
Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills to plan and execute lesson plans and maintain a structured learning environment.
Ability to maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment, following health and safety guidelines.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the individual needs of each child.
Ready to be rolled out to other classes/divisions

Preschool Teacher Responsibilities :

Creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for playgroup children.
Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.
Supervising and monitoring children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Assessing and tracking each child's progress and development.
Communicating with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
Encouraging social interaction, cooperation, and positive behavior among children.
Assisting with mealtime and personal hygiene routines, such as diaper changing and bathroom breaks.
Collaborating with other teachers or educators to plan and organize special events or outings.
Maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.

Formerly known as HomPimPah Playground, Anak Pelangi (Rainbow Kids) was founded in Jimbaran Bali in 2017 to provide a quality Preschool with an Indonesian curriculum (Kurikulum 2013) blended withthe Montessori method of education. Initially a Playgroup was introduced in 2017 then HomPimPahPlayground moved location and became a formal Preschool with Playgroup and Kindergarten.

We believe that in order for children to grow and learn, they need to feel safe, respected, loved and have a real sense of belonging. We strive so our students have the self-image of a successful child; one who is curious, confident, competent and well prepared for the future. In Anak Pelangi otherwise known asHomPimPah, we are inspired by the Montessori method of learning, using all senses to learn and teach the children basic life skills to enable them to help them self and be independent. We also use Play-based Learning utilizing the huge Indoor & Outdoor Playground; where it appears children are ‘just playing’, though there is a lot of planning and preparation in making sure that learning is happening while children are playing.
