A Presales Specialist is an expert in the technical aspects of a product or service, who works closely with the sales team to support the pre-sales process. Their main goal is to help customer meet its digital acceleration/transformation goals.
Job Brief
We are currently hiring a Presales Specialist to join our business and provide presales support and deliver impactful digital solutions to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the client's requirements to develop proposals and suggest solutions to help them meet their business objectives.
- Determining project requirements and goals, defining the scope of the engagement and planning timelines.
- Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
Key Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have prior experience in presales will be an advantage.
- Possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Have strong presentation skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
