DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA Human Resource Manager
Job Description :
- Directing and managing implementation of policies and procedures to ensure HRD achieves performance targets and operational standards
- Align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
- Manage the end-to-end process of HR process
- Build and maintain relationships with the line managers and employees; partnering the business leaders to achieve the business objectives and growth plans.
- Creating development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
- Create best program of recruitment, general affair, compesation benefits, rules and regulation.
Qualifications:
- Preferred have a degree of Human Resources Management
- Min 3 years exeperience as a HR Manager
- Demonstrated proficiency in both recruitment, TNA, compensation benefits, general affairs, rules and regulation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. Additionally, they should possess a deep understanding of compensation benefits,general affair, rules and regulation program design & administration.
- Ideally coming from Management Consulting or FMCG Industry background (preferred).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations, market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes impacting HR practices. They should possess the ability to provide strategic HR guidance and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
