DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA Sales Executive - Gym/Fitness 

As a Sales Executive in the SayaGym, your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by promoting and selling gym memberships, fitness programs, and related products or services. You will play a crucial role in attracting new customers and retaining existing ones, contributing to the overall growth and success of the fitness facility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Acquisition:

• Actively approach and engage potential customers to generate leads and convert them into gym members.
• Provide detailed information about the gym's facilities, programs, classes, and services to prospective members.
• Conduct facility tours, explain membership options, and address any queries or concerns raised by potential customers.
• Utilize persuasive sales techniques and effective communication skills to close membership sales.

2. Relationship Building and Retention:

• Develop strong relationships with existing members to ensure their satisfaction and promote membership renewals.
• Regularly follow up with members to provide support, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
• Assist members in setting and achieving their fitness goals by suggesting appropriate programs, classes, or personal training options.
• Plan and implement member retention strategies, such as organizing events, challenges, or rewards programs.

3. Sales Strategies and Targets:

• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and special offers.
• Monitor and track individual and team sales performance against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities for business growth, such as corporate partnerships, group memberships, or community outreach initiatives.
• Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

4. Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and other relevant documentation using CRM software or designated systems.
• Assist with membership administration, including processing new member applications, payments, cancellations, and account updates.
• Collaborate with the administrative staff to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Persyaratan minimum:

• Mencari kandidat yang bisa bekerja pada hari kerja, Sabtu dan Minggu
• Diperlukan lebih dari 4 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
